Soft wheat flour, type “0”, water, salt, malted grain flour, natural yeast, sunflower oil, extra-virgin olive oil.

CONSERVATION
At -18°C or below

HOW TO PREPARE
Leave to defrost for about 15-20 minutes. Heat in an oven preheated to 200° – 220° C. for about 2 / 3 minutes
or directly fill and roast on the plate for a few minutes.
